One day patrick came up with a new young talented dj & producer out of the soundcloud universe - Manuell Witt! We really like manuals productions, a straight and clean approach to techno. After scanning Manuels soundcloud portfolio we finally decided to ask Manual to contribute some work to our new release. He provided us two really superb masterpieces - Digital wormhole and Lost in Amsterdam. We decided to uprgade the release and remix Manuels material to put our own special es_capish touch on his tracks. We had a lot of fun doing this and finally distilled two remixes out of our jamming material - Escobar lost in Amsterdam Remix and the Digital Wormhole Columbian Remix. Another exhausting Weilheim-Session builds the Basement for our new relase. Some words about the naming: After Patrick was working late night on the final arrangement of the track expression_noir_mix, some how he thought it´s bedtime now, but those little white fast molecules would´nt let him sleep - he turned on the TV and was trapped in an old black&white movie with Humphrie Bogart out of the film noir-genre --- FREEDOM OF COLOR---FREEDOM OF FORM---DIE BRÜCKE---DER BLAUE REITER - The Name for the EP was found.

beast to beat:A mean pumping bass ending into a hyper thrilling break --- sirens are singing --- heavy breathing dark stomping monster.
expression noir mix: A energizing baseline is driving four to the floo --- dark, spuki & nerve scratching.
expressionist: Earth shacking bass leads and atmospheric jungle breaks take you on a trip thru darkness.

Here comes our second release for this year. This one is going pretty straight forward
and might be in parts a bit confusing. But that´s the way we like it - we call this TECHNO.

Our fourth release honors the talented UK producer hefty. he has drawn our attention on myspace with his very own production style. hefty is part of the london underground party scene which shaped his musical style - dark n spooky - no happy stuff! After getting in touch we asked him to remix some of our stuff and he came up with 3 beautiful masterpieces. One is his own interpretation of our medusa session and the other two are based on our moanig material. both originals are also included in this ep. have fun!

the reflex ep, a solo release of patrick aka zeromatic, one part of the es_cape duo. patrick focuses with this track collection on his understandig of techno music. carefully painted sound fragments with a solid techno groove.

deep - monotonic - energetic

This is our second release. be this it´s based on a very famous vocal-hook - but nobody will find out - promise!. After connection a Microphone to our setup we added - after some heavy jaming - own vocals. Both of us did a independend mix of this session. In order to assimilate his impressions from the first visit at Harry Klein Club Munich Patrick mixed his version of be this.

four to the flloor - deep soundscapes - dark vocals

This is our first release to start wiith. journey, the main track that comes with this ep is a deep driftin trip thru space & time, carefully fragmented in tiny peaces and put back togehte as a whole.

passover, the second track on the ep is drilling thru a smaler & closer space - finaly ending up in a solid groove.

dare comes with a with a nasty fad beat - some kind of broken rythm but going straigth. deep atmospheric filtered synthits are flatering around. a kind of angels-chorus-pad is builing up the tension to finaly end in a fat basebeat.

The end is neigh... is glinting promisingly on the horizon... and let us hope... for the what comes thereafter... what is underneath...
